Exchanges

So you've received your Swim Parka order and the fit is not ideal. Please do not stress as we do allow for exchanges on the following conditions:

• product is in a brand new condition and has not been worn.
• product is in the original packaging.
• exchange is within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Email info@swimparka.co.za with your order number and the details of your exchange request.
• Swim Parka will arrange for the collection of the incorrect sized product free of charge.
• All we ask is that you pay for the shipping cost of the new size to be couriered to you.
